Easy Potato Peel Chips are a great little appetizer for any tailgate party or a a special treat for your family. Crispy and light, they will satisfy any crunchy craving you may have.

Ingredients

  • The peelings from 4 medium potatoes. At least 1-2 inches long.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Toss potato peelings with olive oil and half of salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown. Watch carefully as they can brown pretty quickly. Season with the other half of salt, pepper and seasoning salt or more to taste.
