Ingredients
The peelings from 4 medium potatoes.At least 1-2 inches long.
2tablespoonsOlive Oil
1teaspoonSea Salt
1teaspoonBlack Pepper
1teaspoonLawry’s Seasoning Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Toss potato peelings with olive oil and half of salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown. Watch carefully as they can brown pretty quickly. Season with the other half of salt, pepper and seasoning salt or more to taste.
