Ingredients
1& ½ cups chopped shrimp
¼cupchopped green onion
1bell pepper seeds removed and chopped finely
¼cupMayo
8ozsoftened cream cheese
½cupshredded pepper jack cheesedivided
2tablespoonslemon juice
1tablespoonCajun seasoning
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add shrimp, green onion, bell pepper, mayo, cream cheese, ¼ cup of pepper jack cheese, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire. Mix well.
Mix well and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 min until brown on top. Garnish with a little dried parsley and serve with veggies, tortilla chips or bread to Enjoy!
