Spicy Shrimp Dip

Spicy Shrimp Dip is a great way to kick up your appetizer game. Filled with creamy mayo and cream cheese, this zippy dip will become the superstar of all your tailgate dreams. Cajun seasoning and pepper jack cheeses give it just enough kick to replace any extra point kicker on your team!

Ingredients

  • 1 & ½ cups chopped shrimp
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 bell pepper seeds removed and chopped finely
  • ¼ cup Mayo
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese divided
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add shrimp, green onion, bell pepper, mayo, cream cheese, ¼ cup of pepper jack cheese, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire. Mix well.
  • Mix well and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 min until brown on top. Garnish with a little dried parsley and serve with veggies, tortilla chips or bread to Enjoy!
