Easy Potato Peel Chips

Easy Potato Peel Chips are a great appetizer. It’s tailgating season! If you are looking for something new and different with minimal effort, here is the recipe for you!

–  The peelings from 4 medium potatoes. (At least 1-2 inches long.) – Olive Oil – Sea Salt – Black Pepper – Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Toss potato peelings with olive oil and half of salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

STEP 1

Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy and brown. Watch carefully as they can brown pretty quickly. Season with the other half of salt, pepper and seasoning salt or more to taste.

STEP 2

You can also cook them in the air fryer! Prep  them the same way and cook them at 400 degrees in the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes shaking half way through.
