Pan Fried Cod
Pan Fried Cod is a great little recipe. So simple and delicious, we let the tender white fish shine through with just some smoky seasonings.
– Fresh Cod – Garlic powder – Smoked Paprika – Onion powder – Salt – Celery seed – Butter – Olive oil – Lemon juice – Dried parsley, for garnish
Prepare fish by patting dry.
Combine garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt and celery seed in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over both sides of fish and allow to rest.
In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over low to medium heat. When hot, add fish and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve warm garnished with parsley and drizzled with pan sauce.
