We have taken artichoke hearts and seasoned them with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese to bake up a delicious small bite.

INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil red pepper flakes Artichoke hearts Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, toss artichoke hearts with olive oil, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.

Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.

In a medium size bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, worcestershire sauce, cajun seasoning, salt and pepper well.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

You can also make these in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
