Ingredients
Salt and pepper to taste
½cupPineapple juice
½cupOrange Juice
¼cupprepared mustard
½cuppacked brown sugar
2poundsbonelessskinless chicken tenderloins
12ozpackage of baconone slice per tenderloin
½ to 1teaspoonSouthern Flavor Charbroil seasoning
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Reserve about ¼ cup for basting in a separate bowl.
Wrap chicken tenderloins with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle on the Southern Flavor Seasoning.Place in a large baking dish and pour marinade on top. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator 2-6 hours.
After marinating, grill on a grill until chicken reaches 165 degrees F OR brown in a grill pan sprayed with cooking spray, 2-3 minutes per side, basing with reserved marinade while cooking. Transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 25-3o minutes. Again cooking until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes, remove toothpicks and enjoy!
