Ingredients
2teaspoonssalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
12ozbow tie pastacooked and drained
1ozof Ranch dry dip seasoning mix
16ozsour cream
⅓cupDuke’s Mayo
16ozcheddar cheese cubes
8piecesbaconcooked, drained and chopped
10ozbag of frozen peascorn and carrots
Instructions
Prepare frozen vegetables as per package directions, drain and cool.
Boil Pasta according to package directions with salt in the water, drain and rinse to stop cooking.
Cook and drain bacon, set aside too cool. When cooled, chop bacon.
Mix Ranch, mayo and sour cream. Fold in pasta and gently mix well. Add cheese, veggies and bacon. Add pepper and more salt if needed.
