Bacon Ranch Pasta

Bacon Ranch Pasta. A perfect all in one meal or a show stopper side dish. Creamy ranch and smoky bacon add the perfect touch to the bow tie pasta. The cheese make this an instant kid favorite and a yummy, sneaky way to get their veggies in.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta cooked and drained
  • 1 oz of Ranch dry dip seasoning mix
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • cup Duke’s Mayo
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese cubes
  • 8 pieces bacon cooked, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz bag of frozen peas corn and carrots

Instructions

  • Prepare frozen vegetables as per package directions, drain and cool.
  • Boil Pasta according to package directions with salt in the water, drain and rinse to stop cooking.
  • Cook and drain bacon, set aside too cool. When cooled, chop bacon.
  • Mix Ranch, mayo and sour cream. Fold in pasta and gently mix well. Add cheese, veggies and bacon. Add pepper and more salt if needed.
