INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti squash Eggs Mozzarella cheese Greek yogurt Thyme

In a large bowl, mix the prepared, cooled squash with eggs, cheese, and Greek yogurt. Mixing well.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Mix well.

Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is slightly browned.
