GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
These garlic-mashed potatoes are our "go-to" mashed potatoes at The Buttered Home.
Filled with cream cheese and sour cream, they are delicious and a little decadent. They will be a welcome side at any dinner table.
Preheat the oven to 350°. Peel, cube, and boil potatoes, then drain.
Add to a large bowl and mash.
Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Pour in a greased 9×13 casserole dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.
