PECAN PIE MINI MUFFINS

Pecan Pie Mini Muffins are an easy and delicious way to get all of the flavors you love from Southern Pecan Pie without all of the work.

These mini muffins are made with just 5 ingredients and can be whipped up in no time.

INGREDIENTS

Eggs Brown Sugar Butter All Purpose Flour Pecans

In a large bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, and flour and mix well.

Fold in the chopped pecans and mix well.

Spray the mini muffin tin well and spoon in the mixture, about ⅔ of each cup.

Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes, or until slightly browned.
