Prepare the fish by patting it dry. Combine garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and celery seed in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over both sides of the fish and allow it to rest.

In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over low to medium heat.

When hot, add the fish and cook for 2 minutes. Carefully flip the fish and add lemon juice.

Cook 2 minutes more until browned and flaky.

Serve warm, garnished with parsley, and drizzled with pan sauce.
