One Pan Conecuh Pasta is an easy weeknight supper that feels like so much more. Smoked Conecuh sausage gives so much flavor to cooked pasta. We use diced tomatoes , half and half and parmesan cheese to wrap it all in a delicious sauce.
– – 1 tablespoon plain flour – 2 tablespoons butter – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper – Pinch of red pepper flakes – 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-1 pound smoked Conecuh sausage – 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked al dente – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese – 1 can diced tomatoes, drained – 1 and 1/2 Cup half and half
Prepping the pasta and sausage beforehand makes this a quick and easy meal!
