Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
Our Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza Casserole gives you that Pizza fix without all of the added sugar and carbs. This basic recipe is easily adaptable to fix all of your favorite pizza toppings!
– Italian Chicken Sausage – Minced Garlic – Salt and Pepper – Dried Oregano – Dried Basil – Onion Powder – Riced Cauliflower – Grated Parmesan Cheese – Rao's Marinara – Shredded Mozzarella – Turkey Pepperoni Slices
Preheat oven. Slice chicken sausage and brown in a skillet. Drain and cool. Set aside. In a large bowl, add in sausage.
Add minced garlic, basil, oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Mix in the raw, riced cauliflower, parmesan cheese, about ⅔ of the turkey pepperoni that you diced before hand and marinara. Stir to mix well
Pour in a 8.5 X 11 casserole dish or 10 inch cast iron skillet. Spread evenly.
Top with mozzarella cheese and reserved whole slices of pepperoni.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until melted and slightly brown on top.
