LOW CARB PEPPERONI PIZZA CASSEROLE

Our low-carb pepperoni pizza casserole gives you that pizza fix without all of the added sugar and carbs.

This basic recipe is easily adaptable to fix all of your favorite pizza toppings!

INGREDIENTS

Chicken sausage Dried oregano Onion powder Riced cauliflower Turkey pepperoni

Preheat the oven to 350°. Slice chicken sausage and brown it in a skillet. Drain and cool. Set aside. In a large bowl, add the sausage.

Add minced garlic, basil, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix in the raw riced cauliflower, parmesan cheese, about ⅔ of the turkey pepperoni that you diced before hand, and marinara. Stir to mix well.

Top with mozzarella cheese and reserve whole slices of pepperoni.

Bake for 20–30 minutes until melted and slightly brown on top.
