How to Make
Louisiana Crab Cakes
Saute veggies in butter.

Onions, Bell Pepper and Celery.
Add Spices

Parsley, Garlic, Creole Seasoning, Basil, salt, pepper, dill, and thyme.
Mix Crab Cakes

Add Crab meat, cooled veggies, crushed butter crackers, Flour and Eggs. Mix well
Get Ready to Fry!

Heat 4 tablespoon Canola oil in a skillet. Place a 4 inch mold inside and add Crab Cake mixture
Remove Mold

After a minute or so of cooking, carefully remove mold and use it to make another cake.
Cook 3-5 minutes per side over medium heat. Drain and Cool
