LIGHT AND HEALTHY CHICKEN POT PIE

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Mixed vegetables Sweet potato Cream of mushroom soup Greek yogurt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, and sweet potatoes.

Add in soups, salt, pepper, and Greek yogurt, mixing well.

Spray an 8x11 casserole dish with nonstick spray and pour in the chicken mixture.

Roll the phyllo dough into one long tube and slice into ½-inch strips. Toss into a separate bowl and lightly spray with nonstick spray.

Bake for 20–30 minutes until the pot pie is hot and the phyllo dough is lightly browned.
