Dice the onion and celery.

Place the ground beef and diced vegetables into the Instant Pot.

Set the Instant Pot to saute. Stir to break up the meat and add the spices.

Once browned, drain then return back to the Instant Pot.

Cover, seal, and cook on high for 20 minutes. Natural release for 15 minutes.
