How to Make Spicy  Southern Pimento Cheese

Southern Spicy Pimento Cheese is a Buttered Home favorite. We take a southern favorite and heat it up a bit. Adding Pepper Jack cheese and a touch of cayenne, it will knock your socks off!

–Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded –Pepper jack cheese, shredded – Mayo – Diced pimentos, drained – Apple cider vinegar – Cayenne pepper – Cream cheese, room temp – Brown sugar – Salt – Smoked paprika

INGREDIENTS

1. In a large bowl, mix cheeses, cream cheese and Mayo. Mix well to combine.

2.Add in ACV, salt, brown sugar and cayenne. Mix well.

3. Fold in Pimentos.

4. Chill for at least one hour.

Step 4

Garnish with lovely Smoked Paprika for a pop of color!
