HEALTHY BAKED ARTICHOKES WITH GARLIC DIPPING SAUCE

Healthy Baked Artichokes with Garlic Dipping Sauce will be your new favorite way to enjoy a guilt-free appetizer.

We have taken artichoke hearts and seasoned them with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese to bake up a delicious small bite that is a real crowd-pleaser.

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil Red pepper flakes Artichoke hearts Parmesan cheese Mayonnaise

Drain artichoke hearts and rinse with cool water. Dry with a paper towel.

In a large bowl, toss artichoke hearts with olive oil, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese. Making sure to coat each one well.

Spread it on a  parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

For the sauce, in a  medium-sized bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper well.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
