Healthy and Low Carb Spaghetti Squash Gratin

Spaghetti Squash Gratin is a delicious way to use the veggie that doubles as a pasta. This low carb, Keto side dish is so good you won't know you are missing those carbs.

– Spaghetti Squash cooked and separated – Eggs – Mozzarella Cheese  –Plain Greek Yogurt –Minced Garlic –Dried thyme – Salt & Pepper –Parmesan Cheese grated

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, mix prepared, cooled squash with eggs, cheese and greek yogurt. Mixing well.

STEP 1

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Mix well.

STEP 2

Pour in a lightly greased casserole dish.

Step 3

Top with parmesan cheese.

STEP 4

Bake for 30 minutes, until top is slightly browned. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

STEP 5

Serve and enjoy!
