How to Make Drunken BBQ Chicken Legs
2 Pounds chicken Legs
8 oz of Beer
2 Tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons diced green onions
1/3 cup of Honey
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Mix Beer, honey, garlic, balsamic vinegar, dijon, olive oil and green onions.
Place chicken legs in a large zip top bag.
Reserve for Basting
Reserve 1/2 a cup or a cup of marinade in a small bowl to use to baste while cooking.
Pour remaining marinade over chicken in bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
Grill And Baste
Grill on indirect heat basting with reserved marinade. Grill until reaches internal temp of 165 degrees. Rest, serve and Enjoy!
