How to Make
Prepare Base

Melt butter and add garlic, creole seasoning, onion, salt and pepper
Saute'

Saute' Peeled Crawfish tails in butter and seasonings for a few minutes.
Drain

Drain Crawfish and set aside.
Make the Sauce

Add in 8 oz of unsweetened Greek yogurt, a little flour and a splash of milk. Cook on medium heat until thickened.
Add Crawfish back in

Add Crawfish back in to cream sauce and heat through.
Serve over cooked Pasta and garnish with green onion!
