How to make Shrimp Dip with Cream Cheese
I love “dump and bake” recipes and this one is a real winner! It bakes up in 15-20 minutes and comes out almost too pretty to eat.
The bell pepper and green onions add a punch of color to this pale dip and the chopped shrimp is the icing on the cake.

~ Ingredients ~
- 1 & 1/2 cups chopped shrimp
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 bell pepper seeds removed and chopped finely
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 table spoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Parsley for garnish
~ Method ~
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add shrimp, green onion, bell pepper, mayo, cream cheese, 1/4 cup of pepper jack cheese, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire. Mix well.
- Mix well and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 min until brown on top. Garnish with a little dried parsley and serve with veggies, tortilla chips or bread to Enjoy!
