Compared to what you can buy on the shelf, this comes in at about 4 carbs per serving where most come in around 12. It is also lower in saturated fats.
You can but it will be very bitter. The dark cocoa is not sweet at all, the peanut butter powder adds a little smooth texture as well as provides balance to the bitterness.
This can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for two weeks. If it lasts that long!
Sweets without the guilt!
Sometimes, you just need something sweet. This is great as a fruit dip or as a topping for our lighter Banana Ice Cream. Healthy swaps like this one will keep you happy and not missing a thing!

Can I sub peanut butter for the peanut butter powder?
You can but use about half as it is much thicker. The powder is what makes it skinny too!
